Chocolate Fountain Easy Instructions

 

 

  • Turn the switch to the first position ‘Heat’. Allow the unit to warm up for at least 3-5minutes before adding melted chocolate
  • Melt chocolate and add oil following the instructions below
  • Easiest way to melt chocolate is using a mircrowave. Place approx 1kg of chopped chocolate into mircowave-safe bowl
  • Turn MW on for 2 1/2 minutes depending on wattage. Stir chocolate well and remove all lumps. MW for another 10-30 seconds
  • Check frequently as chocolate can burn easily
  • Stir 3/4 cup of Vegetable Oil
  • Check consistency to ensure it is thin, add more oil if necessary
